Some of the entries here are dubius at best. The Long Term Medical Hologram was not self aware. And it's questionable if the other EMHs (besides the Doctor) are either. Is this article about "sentience" or simply a program that "knows" it is a program? Whether Vic Fontaine really is sentient is unstated (that would be a really good programming job by Felix if it were true). the Hirogen holograms may be, since dialog says their programming was directly influenced by the Doctor. Professor Moriarty, probably, since the computer would have copied Data's abilities in creating him (possibly using information from transporter logs or medical records).--Mike Nobody 01:27, 27 Oct 2005 (UTC)
