Proper spelling?Edit

According to both the script and StarTrek.com, the name is "Sappora system". Unless someone has proof otherwise stating that it is "Sapporo", other than the fact that the spelling jives with the Japanese city of the same name, I'm changing it to what the two more 'official' sources state. --Gvsualan 19:25, 21 May 2005 (UTC)

Outside Federation?Edit

I don't think that was clearly stated. New Sydney is obviously a human settlement (name!). It seems to be a semi autonomous colony or something. --Rami 14:10, March 20, 2010 (UTC)
