The episode indeed makes reference to the burning of Witches in Salem, another Trek divergence from our time-line. --Fenian 02:31, 21 Oct 2005 (UTC)
- It is not so much that, but the fact that "witch burning" has always been a popular misconception in history, and is more likely an oversight by the writers (of an animated TV show for children) than a divergence in history. --Alan del Beccio 02:49, 21 Oct 2005 (UTC)
