According to the imdb, her father is Christopher Morgan, not James Cromwell. That would certainly make more sense, considering her name.

You're correct: Rosemary Morgan is actually the offspring of Julie Cobb and Christopher Morgan. They later divorced, and Cobb went on to marry James Cromwell.
