According to director Jonathan Frakes' DVD commentary, Rondell retired after completing his work on the film.

Obviously he did not retire, he performed and coordinated in a few more movies. Maybe it was a joke of Frakes' or he simply did not know. – Tom 01:28, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
