SpellingEdit

From whence does this spelling originate? Is it from a script perhaps. In most instances, the spelling in the Klingon Dictionary would make it qI'von or QI'von, but not QiVon,there is no "capital" or "uppercase" "v" as such,in the pIqaD lettering system. Wejvagh 05:09, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

Yup, the script:
DAX: "And I, who was Curzon Dax lift my ghoptu to you.
(off his look of disbelief)
Scorcher burn on your fourteenth rib, and your left QiVon aches every time your ship hits warp eight."
There ya go :) --OuroborosCobra talk 05:11, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
Also, the Klingon Dictionary is no more canon than the Star Trek Encyclopedia, Star Charts, or any of the various Technical Manuals. The fact that M/A recognizes spellings from it at the level we do is sometimes beyond my understanding. --Alan del Beccio 05:44, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

ImplicationEdit

It is implied (though not stated) that qIvon is to mean testicle, but seems intentionally left ambiguous. Does this bear a mention in the article? -- El Payaso Malo 99.59.251.245 08:33, November 22, 2009 (UTC)

No. We only put facts in articles, not implications or things that seem to be true.--31dot 08:50, November 22, 2009 (UTC)
How is that even implied, anyways? --OuroborosCobra talk 13:51, November 22, 2009 (UTC)
