Is that canon, does anyone know? I noticed it, because I'm reading a novel currently where Capt. Hernandez (I believe) orders to "double the ventral hull plating", or something to that effect. Was this statement SPECIFICALLY verified in dialogue? ~ Jbshryne 01:27, October 19, 2010 (UTC)

I'm not sure it was stated specifically or not- but the whole point of polarizing hull plating is to strengthen the hull against damage, so maybe we should just say that.--31dot 22:01, March 24, 2012 (UTC)
