Name origin?
Edit
Curious, where was this shuttlecraft referred to as Picasso? --From Andoria with Love 18:23, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

The Original Series ... what? --From Andoria with Love 18:28, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
- Whoops, sorry. TOS-R (TOS-Remastered) [1] --James Cody 18:30, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
Ahh! In that case, the article needs to be moved back where it was and add a background note stating that the remastered version labeled the craft as Picasso. I believe the consensus was that remastered effects would only be added as background info. --From Andoria with Love 18:35, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
:The craft has a novel registration number, as well. While I can't say for certain, it appears to be "SB11-120/1". Until the uncut version is released, or StarTrek.com posts a clearer picture, I am reluctant to put this information on the main page, even as background.[2] --GNDN 21:26, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
Official confirmation
Edit
See [X]wbm. I suggest we move this to Picasso, to fall in line with other shuttle articles. This page may act as a redirect to ye olde style articles. This does create a double redir with Shuttlecraft One which has to be resolved. -- Harry talk 17:01, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
- Agreed. --Alan del Beccio 17:31, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
- Which doesn't mean completely remove the name "Shuttlecraft 1" from the article, as I see has happened in the last edit. "Shuttlecraft 1" was the only designation used to describe the ship in dialog prior to the remastering. --Alan del Beccio 01:03, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
Spock towing confirmed?
Edit
Was it actually confirmed in dialog that spock towed it into the shuttlebay? I don't recall hearing or seeing this. Federation 09:13, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
Registry
Edit
Has anyone asked Mr. Okuda why such odd registries were chosen for the Picasso and the Da Vinci? --212.166.99.114 13:00, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
- I suspect because from a distance SB11-1201/1 looks a lot like NCC-1701/7. We also saw (well, nearly saw) an NCC-K7 on the DS9-tribble episode. So I suppose the full registry number, on paper, could be something like NCC-SB11-1201/1. The only question that remains is what this "1201" refers to. -- Harry talk 23:58, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
