Unused image[]
- The image in question has now been deleted.

- I was going to wait to make that determination until the book was released. Dayton has said that Kevin ended up not having time to collaborate on writing this one, but there's always the chance that the dual credit might still be on there. -- Michael Warren | Talk 06:10, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
