Reuse[]

Any of these make-ups used again? -- 142.162.40.216 16:47, 22 November, 2006‎ (UTC)

Nope, which is sad in my opinion. These aliens look more interesting than most of the forehead/slightly bumpy head ones we got. Not that the film isn't godawful. --Golden Monkey 17:28, 25 November 2008 (UTC)

Feline dancer[]

This will have to be moved to Unnamed humanoids (23rd century). --Jörg 15:35, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

Go ahead. At least she's documented now. Picard(o) 15:37, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
Actually, I went ahead and merged it with Nimbus III inhabitants. You can find the information there, under the section "Cat Woman". --From Andoria with Love 16:58, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
Good. As long as she's been documented. Picard(o) 00:14, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

Source?[]

Did these pictures come from a DVD image gallery? -- StAkAr Karnak 01:55, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

Yes, from make-up test footage on the 2 DVD set of Star Trek V. That's also where the names of those aliens are from. --Jörg 08:25, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
No, Jorg is a proven liar. The truth is, I made it all up as part of an elaborate conspiracy to undermine the content contained here within Memory Alpha. --Alan 16:25, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
Requesting a source is suddenly not allowed? Gee, I could have sworn it was a requirement to have sources. Funny me. --OuroborosCobra talk 16:28, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
Ironic, indeed. They should have been individually cited. --Alan 16:42, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

Removed[]

Removed from the "lost soul" entry.

This alien bears some resemblance to the bounty hunter Kago from ENT: "Bounty".

They're obviously very different species, even accounting for make-up advances, they're just balding in a similar way. Very thin on relevance. -- Capricorn (talk) 11:38, April 29, 2017 (UTC)

Feline Dancer correction[]

Hi. I just read your version of Nimbus III inhabitants about the Feline Dancer. You stated that Kenny Meyers designed and sculpted the feline three-breasted outfit. That is wrong because I designed and sculpted it in 1988. If other periodicals or magazines say differently, they are wrong. Kenny did the make-up. Bill Shatner knows this because he was there when he came to see it and liked my interpretation. The original in clay is on my website: studioSL dot com/movie-sculpture/#STAR%20TREK%205

I'd appreciate this being corrected. Thanks.

The above was posted on Discord by the artist. --Gvsualan (talk) 03:23, 31 July 2023 (UTC)

Thank you, Gvsualan, for correcting the copy. However, I didn't just sculpt it, I designed the whole costume and sculpted that across the body, not just a 3rd boob. At that time, with the finances involved, we made the appliance in foam latex, not silicone, so there had to be a way to attach it to her body so it wouldn't show. That is why there is a neck collar. Thanks again, and maybe you can mention that. It's nice to have people, like yourself, who care about movies.

Adding a little more clarification.--Gvsualan (talk) 04:16, 1 August 2023 (UTC)
