Pna-inaccurate
Edit
I've added the pna-inaccurate tag as I am not sure who he is and where he can be found. I've once created this article but I am no longer able to find the source in the internet which said he worked on over thirty episodes across the four spin-off series. I've removed the info that he played a Borg in the Next Generation episodes "Descent" and "Descent, Part II". In these episodes eleven performers played the Borg and according to the call sheets he was not part of this group. He might have played a Vulcan in a first or second season of Enterprise, also no citation right now. If anyone has new information, please add them. Tom (talk) 17:17, June 30, 2012 (UTC)
Further information
Edit
I found the site I've once accessed. Here is the link. It was a short interview for FanPress.net, which is also no longer available. Burton, a graduate from the NYU Drama School, worked on over thirty Trek episodes according to this article. He also worked as background actor on The X-Files, Babylon 5, SeaQuest DSV, and Earth: Final Conflict. His wife Cynthia Burton appeared as Alien Woman #5 in VOY: "Favorite Son" and his son John Burton as alien infant in DS9: "The Quickening".
The following information are from the article:
- TNG: "The High Ground" - Terrorist #3
- Auditioned for the part of Reginald Barclay
- TNG: "Hollow Pursuits" - Engineering crewmember
- Replacement for Eric Menyuk in TNG: "Remember Me"
- TNG: "Descent", "Descent, Part II" - Borg #7
- VOY: "Sacred Ground" - a non-speaking part as a security officer passed by Captain Janeway in the hallway
- VOY: "Muse" - Guard
- Auditioned for the part of Vulcan #3 on Star Trek: Enterprise.
There is no further source on the web about Michael Burton or any info on an actor with this name. Below are two images, one of Myers from "Hollow Pursuits" and one from a Borg drone from "Descent, Part II". I am not sure if this is the same actor but they share a certain similarity. Burton's name does not appear on the call sheets of "Descent" though. Tom (talk) 13:09, November 2, 2012 (UTC)
