The "Kl" or tlh phoneme in Klingon,also appears in Welsh as well. Wejvagh 10:02, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
- not exactly. The Welsh <ll> represents a lateral fricative sound, wheras the Klingon sound is a lateral affricate. --Andorian Blues 19:01, August 31, 2010 (UTC)
