Romulan/Tal Shiar Edit

Is Major truly a Romulan rank, or could it possibly be solely a Tal Shiar thing? The Romulan system from what I can bring to mind momentarily is focused primarily on the naval-esque system of ranking (including lieutenants and commanders, etc), whereas the only Romulan Major (I think) we've seen was Major Rakal who was of the Tal Shiar. — THOR 15:49, 18 May 2005 (UTC)

Major is a Tal Shiar rank, the Tal Shiar are Romulan -- therefore Major is a Romulan rank. The distinction between their fleet ranks and intelligence ranks should be expounded upon in the Romulan ranks article. -- Captain Mike K. Bartel^talk 19:15, 18 May 2005 (UTC)
