Why Possibly ? I swear this is Lysia Arlin , the Bolian Woman who ran the Jumja Stick Shop and she was portrayed by Mary Meinel-Newport.
Should I add a Picture of Mary Meinel-Newport without her make-up ??

- The problem here is: we know a Bolian woman named Lysia Arlin ran the jumja stick kiosk and we now know that Mary Meinel-Newport played the Bolian female seen many times in DS9. But we never find out whether or not she is meant to be Lysia Arlin because she is never identified as such and also is never seen working in the jumja stick kiosk. - even without "knowing" that these are the same person, it would be easier to have all of this info in the same place. i had to go all over the place to figure out what was being address here, including two talk pages.
