I don't think the Loque'eque can have been so primitive, when they were able of advanced genetic engineering. Maybe the virus malfunctioned and did turn the crewmembers into an archaic form of this species? Kennelly 14:15, 6 Nov 2005 (UTC)

beamed downEdit

The article says the away team from the NX-01 that was infected "beamed down" to the surface. They didn't use the transporter - they used a shuttle. It was only at the end of the episode that Cmdr. Tucker and a MACO beamed down in a last ditch resuce attempt, after which they took the shuttle back up. --Vondy.
