Created Page Edit

These are really the only two instances I could think of off hand. I haven't even seen the DS9 episode recently, I used the episode summary. If there are mistakes, please correct them. I think I got the Zimmerman will slighty off as he might have said something about his holographic animals being given to someone. I couldn't remember. I tried to find other referenes, for instance Ferengi dessicated remains being given away in a will...but I suppose that would be un-Ferengi-like. Got any more?

I didn't know how to categorize the page. Legal Documents?

And the speculative bit at the end is not just for a "what-if", I wanted to clarify a bit on the legal requirements of a conventional will in regards to witnesses and such. Lt. Washburn 05:24, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

I don't believe anyone aside from Sisko was present when he unsealed Morn's will. Sisko was not at the funeral because he was unsealing the will.

I'm not sure, but the last paragraph may need to be in italics as it steps outside the POV. 31dot 11:55, 12 July 2007 (UTC)

Removed Edit

It is not known what the legal status of Zimmerman's audio recorded will would have been under Federation law had he finished it, since in the real world a will generally needs to be signed in the presence of one or more witnesses to be effective.

Removing this nitpick, per MA:NIT.--31dot 20:17, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
