Eighth sense?
Edit
What does the article mean when it says they have an "eighth sense"? What are senses 6 and 7? – The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.168.233.100 (talk).
- More importantly, why do we have this article? Did they actually appear on screen? Even if they did, any info besides their appearance belongs to background; it isn't canon. – Cleanse talk 06:05, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- The source is valid. --Alan del Beccio 16:16, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- Is it? It certainly seems to be something from "extra features" or something. I don't see why that would be valid, it isn't on screen during the actual production, it is more in the vein of the Encyclopedia, production source background, Companion, or Tech Manual. --OuroborosCobra talk 16:22, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- Which are still valid, aren't they? I mean, in terms of the name, and basic stuff, not the planet and "eighth sense" stuff. --Alan del Beccio 16:23, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think it is valid enough to warrant having its own article, no. We get a name for things that are otherwise still canon. Is this otherwise canon, or is the only information from off screen? It definitely has a place on MA, but possibly in a merged article or something. --OuroborosCobra talk 16:43, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- The simple solution, rather than outright deleting the article, would be to make this a realworld article and reword it ala Martin Madden. However, that is only if they did not appear on-screen. If they did, then the article is fine the way it is based on our current canon policy. --From Andoria with Love 08:02, 21 February 2008 (UTC)

K'norm
Edit
This should be merged with K'normian;the species appeared onscreen, but not their planet, so a name derived from production source for an unseen thing is invalid. Should stay as a redirect like, say Grazer though. Kennelly 15:13, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- I support all the suggested merges regarding the species' homeworlds only mentioned in TMP production notes.– Cleanse talk 03:43, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
- Ditto, now that I have rewritten the species' articles. --Alan del Beccio 05:30, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
- This probably goes without saying, but after the merge the planet articles should remain as non-canon redirects.– Cleanse talk 06:25, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
