Reference to "Tin Man" or not?Edit

In the transcript for this episode, Graves seemed to mention a "mechanical man" and not a "tin man." Can anyone confirm what was actually spoken on screen? If Graves mentioned Tin Man, that would warrant an article on the Wizard of Oz character.
