Before someone nominates this for deletion, I'd like to say that I do think this will ultimately turn into an article about Trek and the real world or Trek and popular culture, or something along those lines. Hence the {{pna-incomplete}} to signify it's a work in progress. --Vedek Dukat Talk | Duty Roster 06:50, 14 March 2006 (UTC)

  • If we have Trekkies and Trekkies 2, I see no reason why we can't have this. --Alan del Beccio 11:36, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
  • This was a delightful, humorous and intriguing show and Shatner was at his hammy best. This is certainly relevant to Memory Alpha, particularly with Shatner's visit to the Vasquez Rocks location and extensive use of TOS film clips with sardonic, but affectionate, commentary.
  • Yeah, if it's on again I'd like to record it and add some more detail and specific references to the inventions they talk about. That part with the guy who works for NASA was so hysterically sad (although he probably reminds a lot of us of what we're like on the inside, or in some cases outside ;)). Feel free to add to it if you'd like. --Vedek Dukat Talk | Duty Roster 04:33, 9 May 2006 (UTC)

The article mentions that this documentary was produced for the History Channel, but I think that it was produced for the Discovery Channel Canada since that is where it originally aired back in November 2005. Later on it aired on the History Channel in the US.
