arterial occlusion
Edit
I've removed this reference to "arterial occlusion":
- The Doctor, posing as B'Elanna Torres in 2378, asked Tom Paris if he wanted to give him an arterial occlusion by offering him some Fried chicken. (VOY: "Renaissance Man")
An arterial occlusion is a blockage of any blood vessel, which may or may not be the cause of a heart attack. A coronary arterial occlusion would lead to a heart attack, but that's apparently not what The Doctor said (I can't find the actual script). Besides, if The Doctor was going to use a technical term for heart attack, he would have said "myocardial infarction." Starfleetjedi 06:36, 27 August 2008 (UTC)
