I removed the following speculation.

Their close resemblance to Vulcans and telepatic abilities suggest they may be an offshoot of Sargon's People, like Vulcans possibly are, or that they are by another means related to Vulcans, like several species have been shown to be.

Since it's speculation, it's not "permitted", as it were, but beyond that, I'm not sure this is needed – specifically the part about being an offshoot of Sargon's people, which is a big stretch. A note that they may be related to Vulcans might be okay, but that's it. --From Andoria with Love 11:14, 18 July 2007 (UTC)

Sorry, since they look enough like vulcans to almost be mistaken for them, I felt it justified, especially since a lot more speculative notes can be found around here. Nonetheless, at least I agree that Sargon's people are too much of a stretch in retrospect, and as for the possible Vulcan connection, I'm in favor of mentioning it, but I'm gonna wait and see what other people think rather than re-adding it myself. There used to be an article on "Vulcanoids" that seems removed now (and rightfully so, its fanon). Though this whole theory was pure speculation, some of the connections proposed there were plausible enough to merit notes imho Capricorn 11:26, 18 July 2007 (UTC)

The ears rather remind me of Ocampa ones. I'm not quite sure, but are these ears similar or the same? The look really Ocampa to me. 20:40, 4 January 2010 (UTC) --User:Admiral Markonian

Native to New Halana?[]

Possibly just a bit of semantics here, but the article says the Halanans are native to New Halana. This does not make sense, as the word native, unless I'm mistaken, implies a species/race/culture that developed in a particular region and are therefore natives of said region, not displaced from another region.
