Sub-Nagus
Edit
I was reading the script of "Playing God" and I found this interesting. Quark told Arjin that he once "had an apprentice position with the District Sub-Nagus." Could an article be created for this? -- Rebelstrike2005 15:08, 31 Mar 2005 (EST)
Opening Quote
Edit
Does anyone know the speaker and source of the opening quote? This should be cited right below it. Jaz 02:38, 16 Jan 2006 (UTC)
- I don't have a copy of the episode to check, but I think it's Quark speaking, in Prophet Motive. Igotbit 17:55, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Companion
Edit
Who (and of what race) is the very large humanoid who's always hanging around with the Grand Nagus? Another one accompanies Brunt when he's the acting Nagus in "Profit and Lace". – The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.171.224.226 (talk).
Plural for Nagus
Edit
Was the term "Nagi" ever actually used in an episode? I don't recall hearing it. Odd Job 19:42, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think so, but it sounds better and less awkward than "Naguses" I'm not certain but I think that's correct usage of the English language.--31dot 20:41, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, I don't recall a plural being given on-screen either. When making the template, I just followed MB's usage. Wikipedia's page isn't really helpful because Nagus is a fictional term, and whether -i or -es is followed seems to depend on the word. Seeing we have to choose, I prefer Nagi. Sounds cooler. But Naguses seems also valid.– Cleanse 05:11, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
- Neither term was ever explicitly used. --Alan 02:20, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
