Separate articles[]

Why doesn’t each whale have a separate article? Admittedly of the two only Gracie is referred to singly, re her pregnancy, but aren’t they separate creatures?--Archer4real (talk) 15:35, May 11, 2014 (UTC)

I suppose it's because the content in each article would essentially be the same? --| TrekFan Open a channel 21:07, May 11, 2014 (UTC)
That, and they were referred to as a pair at the Institute. We also do not see either of them without the other. 31dot (talk) 01:38, May 12, 2014 (UTC)

They're distinct creatures, each in their own right. The fact they're not seen apart is a fatuous reason for not separating, as is the content of two articles being "essentially [...] the same." Tom Riker's article is the same as Will's in quite a few particulars. Besides Gracie's pregnancy between Taylor and Spock with not involvement of George. What else have I got to do to make common sense come into this?--Archer4real (talk) 15:44, September 25, 2016 (UTC)

I oppose splitting this page. --Defiant (talk) 17:45, September 25, 2016 (UTC)
If we did, we would keep this page as a redirect under Category:Earth groups. --LauraCC (talk) 17:21, September 28, 2016 (UTC)
