Going by the pictures found here: http://www.ilovegetsmart.com/eddie_hice.html it appears that Eddie Hice did not play the unnamed Scalosian male. He actually plays Security Guard #2, which does make more sense since Hice was a stuntman and the security guard has to do a fall.
