The DY-500 was only mentioned as a guess by Kirk in "Space Seed" before he was corrected by Spock that the seen vessel was much older. "Up the Long Ladder" used the DY-500 designation in the colonisation displays. -- Kobi 11:14, 26 Aug 2004 (CEST)

Crew Complement Edit

Spaceflight Chronology says standard complement is 36 (3 crew 33 passangers), for an uprated version of the design complement is 40. --Pseudohuman 14:37, June 17, 2011 (UTC)
