I think this page should at leas try to mention star trek; the only thing here that is from the Star Trek universe is Archer's comet. (Granted, Mark Twain mentioned Halley's Comet once, as so the link is here) But almost none of those other comets have been mentioned on star trek.
Also, the page should reflect information from "Terra Prime", where they hid on a comet (also the fact that Mars was using comets in it's colonization attempts or something). Wow. Just looking at the what links here in comparison to what's on the page is mind boggling. -AJHalliwell 07:00, 10 Jul 2005 (UTC)
- I added several appearances/references to work off of, all of which need to be incorporated into the article. --Alan del Beccio 06:54, 24 Jul 2005 (UTC)
- I've revised this article for Trek-relevance, and included the incidents you mentioned, supplemented by the comet-specific pages. All but the Voyager episode. I'm not familliar with it, and it doesn't appear to be an actual comet. Of course, I can't think of one Trek comet that actually behaves like the real thing. So I think the subject description should be kept to a minimal real-science definition. My lay-understanding might not even serve. Hopefully, someone with a real education can check my lead statement. --Aurelius Kirk 15:04, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
