Legate Broca Edit

Has anyone else noticed that in By Inferno's Light, one of the Cardassians is Legate Broca? I don't know if it was Broca himself, but the actor that played Broca was defiantly one of the Cardassian prisoners.

I know this should be on his talk page, but nobody uses it.
