this could use expansion as to what uniforms/rank/division color/insignia he was wearing is his other appearances besides those as powell -- possibly helping us theorize whether powell appeared later, or whether his other characers should be listed on unnamed Deep Space 9 personnel. -- Captain M.K.B. 13:08, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
