Is it ever stated that Brussels was the capital of the European Alliance? If I remember correctly the city was only once mentioned, in TNG:the prince, and all that was said was that it was part of the alliance, no more. (Dog with meat 03:17, 14 January 2007 (UTC))

In the Picard family album, there was an article about french politics, where Valery Giscard d'Estaing wanted Strasbourg to get more power than Brussels. But the album is not anymore considered as a valid source :( - From Cardassia with pain 20:27, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
