Morn's mother Edit

I seem to recall an episode (maybe "Favor the Bold"), in which Morn's mother is mentioned. There's definitely a scene sometime in S6 or S7 where Quark gives Morn advice about how to deal with his mother. Wouldn't this argue against Morn being of an adrogynous species? That and the references to his 17 brothers and sisters. --Alan del Beccio 03:30, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
Well, gender and physical sex can be two different things. As in humans, you can be androgynous, as in males and females assume the same genderless self-image and social role, but still have different sexual organs available. I would assume this is the norm with Morn's race. Hence an androgunous race of males and females. :) --Pseudohuman 11:35, 10 June 2008 (UTC)

Title changed Edit

I moved the article Androgynous to Androgyny for three reasons:

  • "Androgynous" is an adjective, which makes this word alone a poor title for an article.
  • In the list of "References" at the bottom of the article for TNG: "The Outcast", there was a dead link for "androgyny", suggesting that somebody else thought "androgyny" was the right term.
  • Wikipedia has an article entitled "androgyny".

A redirect to this page will catch anyone who looks for "androgynous". Vivienne marcus 10:54, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
