Moved the following non-canon info:

Pronunciation note: Capellan double vowel words have a stop between the two vowels. Thus, the correct pronunciation of Akaar is "ä kä är", as three syllables.

Again, a note citing the correct pronounciation of a word is not non-canon information.--Alan del Beccio 22:36, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
It is a non-canon rule when it is inconsistent with the way the Capellans themselves pronounce their own names in the episode itself. Some double vowels (Akaar, Eleen) have the stop, while others (Teer, Keel) don't.Egan Loo 22:47, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
In that case, "non-canon" has nothing to do with this situation, merely a mispronounciation. Clearly the intent here was to clarify that the spelling does not necessarily match the pronounciation, that is intended to be added resource for the reader, not an attempt to introduce a noncanon element to the article. As for background information like this, it is perfectly allowable, if accurate, in italics at the end of an article. --Alan del Beccio 22:54, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
A note citing the pronunciation for one term in the series is valid. However, an additional note about an unknown, uncited rule that all Capellan double vowels have a break, when there are examples in the series that conflict with that unknown rule, is not valid. Without a production note stating that this is "correct" and the other version is a mispronunciation, we shouldn't include that unwritten rule for NPOV's sake. Egan Loo 23:10, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
