I think there was a gross error. Dialogue in Homefront tells us that Joseph’s doctor not Nathan, moved to New Orleans in 2352:

SISKO: Nathan will be running things around here sooner than you think if you don't take better care of yourself. I had a talk with your doctor and he tells me that you haven't been in to see him for eight months.

JOSEPH: The man's an idiot. He's lived in New Orleans twenty years and can't tell the difference between Creole food and Cajun food.--Archer4real (talk) 10:02, May 9, 2013 (UTC)
