The Talaxian system was a trinary star system located in the Delta Quadrant. Among the inhabited planets in the system were Talax, homeworld of the Talaxians, and its moon, Rinax, which was later colonized. (VOY: "Jetrel", "Macrocosm")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 82, both the primary and secondary of the Talaxian system were Class G stars. Magnitude of the primary was +3, which was 10 times brighter than Sol. The tertiary was a Class K star.
