Paramount Home Entertainment
- Make It So
This was the final season of three-episode tapes released by PHE. Due to the dwindling home video market, the division chose to focus exclusively on the DVD market. (It should be noted that the TNG Season 5 DVD was released on the same day as VHS volume 5.6, and the entire series had been released on DVD by the time the last volume of this season on VHS went on sale.)

Footnotes
- ↑ This is the first TNG VHS volume to be rated as 12 - and an unusual one, as the original release of these episodes was not rated higher than PG. The new rating is likely as a result of changes in the certification system in January 2002; in addition, the 12 certificate wasn't introduced to home video releases until 1994.
- ↑ 2.0 2.1 Four episode tape. (This was usually done to keep the number of episodes per tape above three towards the end of a season.)
- ↑ In the case of sets, the certificate is over the set as a whole (unless stated otherwise).
- ↑ In feature-length form with "Redemption".
- ↑ In feature-length form.
- ↑ In feature-length form with "Time's Arrow, Part II"
