Template:Realworld Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 2 was released on VHS in the UK by CIC Video in two different formats: a two-episode-per-tape release in 1991, and a three-episode-per-tape release in 1999. The original release was deleted on 1 January 1998.

Sleeve changes
The character portraits have changed to reflect cast changes:
- Riker sports his beard, Pulaski replaces Beverly Crusher, La Forge now wears Operations division yellow, Troi has her hair down, and a different casual uniform, Worf wears Operations yellow, and his metallic baldric, Wesley Crusher wears his Acting Ensign uniform, and Yar is removed.
