T. Parker is an actor who appeared as a Romulan civilian in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Birthright, Part II". As a background actor he received no credit for his appearance and was identified by the name tag of his jacket which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. The costume was later reused in Star Trek: Voyager, worn by background actress Chiara Harris. [1]
