T-Negative is a blood type among Vulcans. Like human AB-Negative, T-Negative blood is very rare among Vulcans.

Mr. Spock transferred several pints of blood to his father, Ambassador Sarek who share the similar blood types. Though Spock's blood had Human Rh factors, antigens and antibodies, Dr. McCoy was able to filter them out to make the blood compatible with the ambassador's. (TOS: "Journey to Babel")
