T'Lar was a Vulcan high priestess in the 23rd century.

In 2285, at Ambassador Sarek's request, T'Lar presided over the fal-tor-pan ceremony of Sarek's son, Spock, wherein Spock's katra was transferred from Leonard McCoy to Spock's body, which had been recently rejuvinated by the Genesis effect. Before the initiation of the ceremony, T'Lar warned both Sarek and McCoy of the great risks involoved in the procedure, although both parties insisted that the attempt be made.
