Jal Surat in 2372
Jal Surat was leader of the Kazon-Mostral in 2372.
His sect was an enemy of Jal Culluh, but he joined his former enemy when he saw the technology that became available to Culluh after Seska's defection to the Kazon. He was also a member of the group that attended a peace conference with Voyager, which was ambushed by the Trabe. (VOY: "Maneuvers", "Alliances")
Surat was played by John Gegenhuber.
