Sullivan's Public House, commonly known as Sullivan's, was a pub in the holodeck creation of the Irish town Fair Haven that was established in 1811, owned and run by Michael Sullivan. It was also pointed out by Kathryn Janeway that the harp on the sign should be the other way around.

The bar was a regular hang out for many people in the town and even held weekly rings and arm wrestling competitions. (VOY: "Fair Haven", "Spirit Folk")

The script notes for "Fair Haven" described of this location, "Sullivan's is where the locals congregate, the heart and soul of Fair Haven. Far from elegant, it's a simple pub, with well-worn tables and chairs. The room is dominated by a carved wooden boat." It continued, "Patrons are engaged in games of rings, darts and draughts (checkers). But most of the activity centers around an arm wrestling match."
The Sullivan's sign was auctioned off in the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]
