Styris IV is the fourth planet in the Styris system. A rare vaccine from Ligon II was needed here in 2364 to combat an outbreak of Anchilles fever, which was obtained by the USS Enterprise-D. The nearest starbase might be Starbase 14. (TNG: "Code of Honor")
