The String Quartet #5 in D Major, Opus 64, also called The Lark, is a musical work composed by Joseph Haydn in the late 18th century.

The fourth movement of the piece (Finale-Vivace) was performed aboard the USS Enterprise-E in honor of the Evora joining the Federation in 2375. (Star Trek: Insurrection)
