Ensign Strickler was a Starfleet officer stranded in the Delta Quadrant aboard the USS Voyager, while under the command of Captain Kathryn Janeway, in 2371.

In an alternate timeline, Stickler died, in 2374, as the result of an explosion on Voyager's deck 5. (VOY: "Year of Hell")

In 2375, Strickler was told by B'Elanna Torres that they needed more phaser drills to rescue the Delta Flyer after it had crashed on a planet during an ion storm. (VOY: "Once Upon a Time")
