Stokes/Kohne Associates, Inc. is a Los Angeles-based special effects company who created the "entity" sequence in the first episode of the second season of Star Trek: The Next Generation, "The Child". The company also provided the soliton wave animation for the fifth season episode "New Ground" in 1991. The company was founded in 1980 by owner Dan Kohne and president Linda D. Stokes.

The company also provided the productions of the comedy The Sprit of '76 (1990), the action comedy Hudson Hawk (1991), the short film Al Tudi Tuhak (1999), and the horror thriller Willard (2003).
