Steve Lieber (born 19 May 1967; age 46) is a comic book artist.

Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Lieber makes his home in Portland, Oregon now. He has worked on a wide variety of properties and series including solid runs on Detective Comics and Hawkman, as well as the series Whiteout and its sequel Whiteout: Melt.

He helped found Periscope Studio, a Portland-based studio for comic and storyboard artists.

He provided pencils, inking, and letters for the story "The Wake" in the WildStorm Star Trek: Special release in 2001.
