Sterling Macer, Jr. (born 28 November 1963; age 48), is an actor from Springfield, Missouri, who played the role of the Toq in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Birthright, Part II".

In 2000, he appeared in the film Ali: An American Hero with Earl Boen, Brian Reddy and Casey Biggs. He has also appeared in numerous television series including, CSI, NYPD Blue, 24 and JAG.
