Stephen "Steve" M. Tucker is an editor who worked on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Tucker previously worked as assistant editor on Robert Altman's comedies HealtH (1980, with editor Tom Benko and assistant editor William Hoy) and Popeye (1980, with assistant editor Robert Lederman) and the comedy Just One of the Guys (1985). As editor, he worked on the television mini series The Kennedys of Massachusetts (1990) and the 18 Wheels of Justice episode "Past Imperfect" (2001).
