Stephen Anthony Ralston is the actor who played the holographic Klingon Larg in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Real Life".

Ralston also appeared in the 1996 Diagnosis Murder episode The ABC's of Murder in the role of Derek Moran alongside Jeremy Roberts and stuntman Brian Hite and in the 1996 Dangerous Minds episode Jumped. In 1998 he appeared in the City Guys episode Men Behind Bars as Vinnie. In 2000 he has founded the production company "Martyr Productions" and wrote, produced, and directed his debut short film Johnson in which he also starred. For his debut film he received a Bronze Cindy Award. Ralston has also written and starred in several stage plays and is a member of the Cassiopeia Theatre company.
