Stephen Matthew Garvin is the actor who played an Enterprise-D ensign in an alternate future timeline in the Star Trek: The Next Generation final episode "All Good Things..." in 1994.

Garvin also appeared in episodes of the television series Saved by the Bell: The College Years (1994, with Patrick Fabian) and Beverly Hills, 90210 (1995, alongside Caroline Lagerfelt, Stephanie Beacham, Don Pugsley, Thomas Knickerbocker, and Jane Daly). In addition, he was featured in the 1994 thriller Point of Seduction: Body Chemistry III.
