Stephen Blackehart (born 1 December 1967; age 44) is an actor who had two different background parts in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The Dogs of War". He portrayed a Cardassian civilian during the bomb attack sequence and appeared as a Starfleet science officer aboard the USS Sao Paulo. The latter one was dubbed "Lieutenant Pa'ak" by Blackehart. [1] For both roles he received no credit.

Blackehart is best known for his roles in films such as Retro Puppet Master, Rockabilly Vampire and The Ghouls.

More recently he appeared as the evil hair stylist in the science fiction/ comedy web-pilot Chad and the Alien Toupe along with Tim Russ, Robert Picardo, Patrick Barnitt, and Gregory Sweeney. [2]
